Honorees are listed within each category. There is no ranking, and no honoree paid or was asked to pay for recognition.
Workflow Consultants
Jay Adewole
CEO / Managing Partner, Point of View Consulting
Jay designs CRM-centered intake and follow-up workflows for consulting, nonprofit, and service operations. He replaced fragmented forms and manual follow-up with defined stages, structured capture, and documented logic that doesn’t depend on anyone’s memory.
Kaitlyn Spinney
Owner of Dynamically Done | Fractional COO
Kaitlyn builds the operating structure that lets owner-led businesses run without everything depending on the founder. She brings 15+ years inside small businesses, including more than a decade at Majestic Hospitality Group. As a Certified EOS Integrator and Certified Asana Expert, she combines clear accountability with systems teams actually use, so ownership is defined and work keeps moving.
Workflow Architects to Watch
Chris Fuchs
Founder / Developer, Graversal.io
Chris created Reactive Graph Sequencing, an approach where control logic lives visibly in the workflow graph rather than in hidden code. Flows re-evaluate as state changes, so backtracking, rerouting, and interruptions are handled without custom glue code, and every flow stays auditable at a glance.
Ethan Castillo
Webcast Marketing Manager | Enterprise Marketing Programs & Operations
Ethan built a Webcast Marketing Operations Center of Excellence in ClickUp, turning a fragmented enterprise program into one operating model. It covers intake, program paths, ownership, handoffs, SLAs, and reporting, and leadership is now looking at extending it to broader marketing workflows.
Work Management Leaders
Rafay Ikram
Senior Engineering Project Manager, The Hershey Company
Rafay rebuilt the project-readiness workflow for complex manufacturing initiatives into a cross-functional operating system. Engineering, quality, operations, suppliers, and plant teams now share explicit owners, decision rights, and evidence-based gates from design review through ramp-up.
Workflow Automation Innovators
James Anson
AI Automation Engineer, IT Consultants PLC
James built a multimodal AI concierge in n8n that handles voice notes, images, documents, and text arriving in Slack. Its responses are grounded in a verified knowledge base, and it escalates to a human whenever context runs short.
Parker Fawcett
AI Skills Engineer, CHG Healthcare
Parker rebuilt a lead-generation process from scattered scripts into an orchestrated n8n workflow covering extraction, enrichment, validation, and routing. He also built shared AI-agent skills infrastructure, so teams reuse capabilities instead of rebuilding them.
Hannah Gabiana
Founder, Get the Hi
Hannah designed seven scheduled AI agents that each own a full workflow for her agency, from daily briefs and client revisions to content pipelines and prospecting. The system enforces each client’s voice and compliance rules and gives her roughly 20 hours a week back for strategy.
Haseeb Nawaz
Agentic AI Engineer, Independent
Haseeb builds multi-agent systems and n8n and Make workflows that connect AI logic to everyday operations. His work automates client follow-ups, CRM handling, and document generation that once took hours.
Marija Peršić
Founder, LEVIQ
Marija built LEVIQ, a platform that helps Croatian accounting offices generate labor-law-compliant employment documents from a single source of record. It also tracks contract deadlines automatically, so nothing depends on memory or spreadsheets.
Swapneswar Sundar Ray
Assistant Vice President, AI Systems Engineer, U.S. Bank
Swapneswar designed an AI-powered API sandbox platform that turns OpenAPI specs into working sandbox services. AI handles generation while deterministic controls govern security and runtime. The work has been recognized with an AI150 Award and documented in published research.
